Yoga-retreat “LOTUS OF MY HEART”

will be held at one of the most beautiful places of Gokarna in the south-western cost of the Arabian Sea 

Sri Das Bodh Giri – a Himalayan yogi-sannyasi and Sri Minakshi Giri – a yogini of Russian origin – the spiritual leaders of Mahanirvanayoga International will bring you to the world of traditional yoga-sadhana, purifying the bodies and enlightening the minds. Day by day the subtle transformational process will bring you to a certain state of consciousness that you can observe your own self in the Lotus of Your Heart full of divine bliss and happiness!

2 weeks of intense yoga, pranayama, and meditation practices at beautiful sunrises and sunsets of the oceanic coast, ancient temples, and mystical yogic caves with the exploration of the sacred places of Gokarna mentioned in Puranas.

Everyday:

– yoga asanas training to make the body strong and flexible

– yogic breathing techniques from the real pranayama master

– meditations practices from basic to a deeper level

– lectures on fundamental aspects of yoga philosophy based on ancient scriptures

– learning and chanting Vedic mantras – the purest forms of the universal sounds

– the warm and heart-touching atmosphere of spiritual-seekers from all over the world

During retreat, we will:

• investigate different beaches of Gokarna (Gokarna Beach, Kudle Beach, Om Beach, Half-moon Beach, Paradise Beach) and enjoy nearly untouched tropical nature
• make deep meditation session in the auspicious Shiva cave
• explore the Hindu culture in the multiple ancient temples of Gokarna

   

Our yoga retreat will be located in the hidden paradise of Kudle Ocean Front Resort with the best accommodation and restaurant facilities.

Modern pine-wood cottages, surrounded by tropical greenery, will give good catering support to our everyday yoga and meditation activities.
